Although small, this RV is fully equipped with everything you need! It has AC, heat, generator, refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, and stereo, toilet, shower, outdoor shower, TV, and is fully self-contained. It gets about 17 miles to the gallon and has been maintained so everything works like new. The back bed converts into a large dinette, but I have kept it as a bed and always use the small removeable round table.
