Description: 2012 Winnebago Vista 26P

Motor home in excellent condition. Well cared for. We purchased in October 2022 and took a couple of trips, but health is making it hard to use.

Since we've owned it, we installed steering assist, had a front end alignment, added Roadmaster Davis rear sway contol, so now it goes straight down the road. Cost was about $3,500 for all. Tires are good.

We took out dinette and added theater seating designed for RVs and moved TV to be in front of seats instead of above the windshield. The dinette parts are wrapped and stored under the bed, except for foam for cushions. Removed the cheapo recliner that was in it and put a small table in its place. Passenger seat will swivel to use the table. The changes can easily be brought back to original.

Living/kitchen area are pretty spacious for a 27' motorhome and there is good storage. Cabinets under and over sink, pantry, 5 drawers, cabinets over seating area and TV's new place, as well as above the windshield on driver and passenger sides. Theater seats are on a slide and very comfy.

Split bathroom. Toilet room has a drawer, under sink cabinet and cabinets on wall above the toilet. All of our towels and toiletries fit easily. We replaced faucet in shower.

Bedroom has a slide on the residential queen size bed. Overhead storage above and small drawer on each side. Wall at the foot of the bed has good closet hanging space and good drawer space for folded clothes, a desk, and second TV. Pretty easy to get around bed, storage under it with lifters on the base, so easy to open and stays up.

We bought an extended service plan ($5300) that is transferable to new owner thru private party sale. Throwing that in, no extra charge. With that plan, we fixed a leak at fresh water supply to toilet in December ($100 deductible) and repaired the stabilizer jacks in June. One spring was hanging up, so springs were changed on all 4. ($100 deductible) That policy saved us over $3500 out of pocket money. Easy to use. Covers a lot of big ticket repairs. We also replaced the bathroom fan - not covered, but not expensive.

All hookups are working well.

Motorhome can tow 5,000 lbs.

We have a Roadmaster tow dolly, also bought in October 2022. Will sell separately.
