Deeded membership in gated RV park in Davenport, Florida. This park is near Disney, Lego Land and about an hour from Tampa. This campground is member owned. Park has full hookups, laundry room, clubhouse with scheduled activities and kitchen, heated swimming pool, shuffle board, tennis court, pickle ball court, bath house, restrooms, free wifi, security gate. and It is near shopping. There is a transfer fee of $100 to get the quit claim deed transferred to you. Farm Ridge will handle the transfer for you. Our lives have changed and we no longer can find the time to use this. It’s is a great park.
